Metallic Rain Jacket

I bought the metallic gold, and love this versatile jacket. I could not wait to wear it and only wore it once. The second time I wore it, I zipped it up and the zipper got snagged on the inner material lining. The zipper was totally stuck! Needless to say, I could not wear it. I attempted to contact Anorak, but could not find a phone number. I emailed them asking suggestions on how to remedy the situation. The response was automated saying they would get back with me. I tried again two weeks later and sent a picture. No response. I ended up taking it to a tailor, hoping she could possibly remove the zipper altogether, as I could just use the snaps. Fortunately, she was able to keep the zipper and she removed all of the unnecessary material running parallel with the zipper. I am disappointed with Anorak for their lack of a response. I know I am not the only one that has encountered this problem with the extra material getting caught up in the zipper. Poor customer service!
