The short sleeve jacket is better than in the pictures. I absolutely love it.! It does have a double zipper. Sizing, it is a good length comes down to meet your hips. It is a little narrow in the shoulders, but the fit overall is great. It also comes with a cute little bag that was not mentioned in the description, bonus, definitely love it.
